What services can I find on the app?
You can hire plumbers, electricians, handymen, nurses, cleaners, helpers, and many other service professionals.
Is the app free to use?
Yes — creating an account is free. You only pay for the services you book.
Do I need to register to use the app?
Yes — both customers and service providers must have accounts to connect and use all features.
Where is the app available?
Currently available in South Africa, with more coming soon.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes — only user app can be multi login
How do I book a service?
Sign in, select the service you need, compare available providers, and confirm your booking.
How do I choose the best provider?
Check ratings, reviews, skills, and location. You can also chat with providers before booking.
Can I chat or call a provider before hiring?
Yes — you can contact them through the app to confirm details.
What if the job needs extra parts or materials?
Once the service provider reaches the location, he finds that theres additional items required so in this case, the service provider at the time of ending the job, can add the amount of the extra items purchased/used to the amount owing.
What if I’m not at the location when the provider arrives?
They may wait for a limited time (agreed in advance), but extra charges or cancellations may apply.
Can I schedule a job for later?
Yes — you can set a date and time when posting your request.
How do I confirm the provider is the right person?
You’ll receive a unique PIN code in the app. Give this to the provider upon arrival so they can confirm the job and start work.
Can I hire the same provider again?
Yes — save them to your favorites for quick future bookings.
How do I create a provider account?
Download the app, select “Sign Up as a Service Provider,” complete your profile, and upload required documents.
Can I offer multiple services?
Yes — you can list all your skills in your profile.
How do I set my working hours?
Go to your profile settings and adjust your availability.
What if a job needs extra work or materials?
Send an Additional Cost Request in the job screen for the customer to approve before continuing.
What if the customer isn’t at the location?
You can wait for the agreed time or mark the job as “Customer Not Present.” Waiting or cancellation fees may apply.
How do I confirm the customer’s identity?
Ask for the PIN code shown in their app before starting work.
How do I get more bookings?
Keep your profile updated, respond quickly, maintain high ratings, and stay online.
